Customer Service

We have spent a great deal of time reviewing and playing with all of the toys and games we sell. We also research the suppliers to ensure ethical and environmentally sustainable processes are followed in the manufacturing process.

We stand behind our products 100%. In the very unlikely event you unhappy with your purchase, whatever the reason, return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund.

The refund will only include the postage if the item was faulty.

If an item proves faulty in any way within one year of purchase, please contact support and we will issue a replacement so long as we are still stocking the item. If we cannot replace the item we will issue a refund.

Refunds may take up to two weeks and will only be issued to the credit card or account that was used to make the purchase.
